This project was for a charity organisation called roundabout. An associate of the charity organisation put us forward to tender for this project. This project was carried out by CBP consisted of internal and external renovation of a 4-story building. Internal works consisting of 6 flats with kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and communal lounges. External works consisting of all new traditional sash windows, renovation to brick and stone work, re rendering of an existing extension and removal of shrubs and ivy.
The purpose of the renovation was to provide nice, safe, warm, monitored emergency accommodation for vulnerable young adults with nowhere to live with a view to then get them into some kind of government schemed housing. Although the project had a handsome amount of funds budgeted and allocated for the renovation it was tight and CBP were highly involved in helping put logical money saving methods and ideas forward to ensure the project was on budget and not compromised functionally and visually. This was achieved and delivered to a high standard on time.
