New Build Solvent Store

The St. Georges solvent store building was a fully designed project procured by the University of Sheffield and Castle Owen. The works required careful planning as they were in a busy area of the University campus and were carried out in term time. The works consisted of:

• demolition of an existing building,
• groundwork’s,
• drainage,
• foundations,
• ducting & new services,
• the installation of a new pre-fabricated building,
• M&E and,
• making good to the paving and landscaping.
