Creative Building Projects was appointed to carry out a comprehensive refurbishment of Stocksbridge Youth Centre, enhancing its facilities to better serve the local community. Our works included:

Internal Remodelling & Upgrades

• Reconfiguration of internal spaces to create a more functional environment for youth activities.
• Installation of modern, fit-for-purpose sanitary facilities to improve accessibility and hygiene.
• Full internal refurbishment, featuring high-quality new finishes, upgraded kitchens, and energy-efficient improvements.
• Integration of new M&E services and enhanced ventilation systems to optimise indoor air quality and sustainability.

External Enhancements & Accessibility Improvements

• Car park resurfacing to improve safety and accessibility.
• Installation of wheelchair access routes, ensuring inclusivity for all visitors.
• Soft landscaping to create inviting outdoor social spaces, including paved seating areas, picnic benches, and wildflower, shrub, and tree planting to enhance biodiversity.

Additionally, the project included structural corrections to reinforce the long-term integrity of the building.
